Why Cinderella Workouts?

Cinderella Workouts is different from your standard program for three main reasons:

Reason 1: Small Steps = Big Leaps.

We’ve broken our workout routine into four separate fifteen minute sets, to make it easier to fit exercise into your daily routine. So we’ll help you get in a full workout, but do it in spurts throughout the day, rather than trying to carve out a whole hour or more for one big workout session.

Instead of having just one chance to successfully achieve your workout, you are presented with four opportunities to hit that goal. And whether you’re successful with all four or not, each time you say yes to your workout, you accomplish part of your goal ~ something that’s not possible if you’re just doing one workout session.

Reason 2: Don't Find Time, Create Time.

The Cinderella Workout system helps you hit two goals at the same time: Fitness and housekeeping. We’ve organized all the things you need to do to accomplish both goals: Fitness and housekeeping, literally doubling your time.

Often when you have too many things to do, it’s easy to get stuck not doing any of them, telling yourself that “you’ll never be able to do it all, so why do any of it?” By breaking your big goals down into smaller segments and doubling what you’re able to accomplish during those segments, it’s easier to start small and build momentum, soon finding that you’re able (and in fact, eager!) to make progress on those goals.

But beyond the science, what truly sets Cinderella Workouts apart is the community you’ll be joining—a supportive network of people who understand your journey, are there to cheer you on, and are committed to growing together. With both expert guidance and real human connection, you won’t be doing this alone.

The Research

Research from the National Institute of Health tells us several short, intense workout sessions can be just as effective as one long session.[1]

Research from the American Psychological Association proves that breaking big goals into small chunks helps us get there faster.[2]
